Due to the perishable nature of our premium meats and gourmet products, we are unable to accept physical returns once an order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours to arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Email our dedicated support team with your order number and documentation within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for a refund or credit.
